Paul wanted a waterproof bag to hold tool kit and some extra gear. Used 1000D Cordura, bicycle tubes, recycled webbing from hiking backpacks, and recycled malt bags for liner.
Cool thing about this bag is how versatile it is - can be mounted on many different frames. The ideal solution would be to have a "one size fits most" roll top pattern, kind of like how many bikepacking manufacturers are doing. Before I head out on my tour I'll make sure to design something like that, and then find a way to make it accessible for people to make at home.
